                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN CHATTANOOGA
                   NEIGHBORHOOD ENTERPRISE, INC. AND THE CITY
                   OF CHATTANOOGA PROVIDING FOR IMPLEMENTATION
                   OF CERTAIN HOME RENTAL REHABILITATION
                   PROJECTS, AND TO AUTHORIZE PAYMENT FOR SUCH
                   SERVICES, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an Agreement attached hereto by and between the City 
of
       Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise,
       Inc. for implementation of certain HOME Rental Rehabilitation
       Projects which shall be completed on or before June 30, 1995 and
       to authorize payment for such services from HOME Rental
       Rehabilitation Program funds for time and expenses in an amount
       not to exceed 5% of available federal funds for certain HOME
       Rental Rehabilitation Projects.
